Professional Experience

2006 - Present  Blendery Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Managed the development of ActevaRSVP, which provides online registration services for Salesforce customers such as NBC Universal, Manpower and Delta Airlines. ActevaRSVP highlights include:
  • Took ActevaRSVP product from concept to Appexchange listing with a 4.6 out of 5 rating and 80 customers.
  • Worked directly with customers to determine new features and resolve product issues
  • Managing development of next generation product, ActevaRSVP 3.

1995 - 2005  ASO Aviation Services, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Designed and developed ASO Aviation Services (www.ASO.com), a commercial web site listing aircraft for sale.  San Francisco Business Times ranked ASO in the top 50 fastest growing private Bay Area companies in 2002 and 2003. ASO highlights include:
  • Drove major site upgrade providing worldwide regional views and aircraft partnership listings, along with XML/XSLT technology upgrade
  • Design and project management of MyASO, a personalized service enabling aircraft buyers to rate aircraft, maintain lists of favorite aircraft and get automatic notification of new listings.
  • Upgraded technology to Java server pages (JSP) from common gateway interface (CGI).
  • Designed and developed initial version of ASO, including
    • Aircraft advertisement database design
    • Search engine enabling buyers to browse and narrow down listings by various criteria
    • Buyer Response system for aircraft buyers to send sales lead messages to sellers via e-mail or fax.
Provided funding for ASO start-up through consulting services at Solid Logic. Primary engagement was LifeNet, an intranet for LifeScan, Inc.  Developed automated processes for publishing job postings and employee development center catalog. Educated end users in Human Resources as well as Information Management staff on LifeNet publishing processes.

1993 - 1995  Solid Logic, Vice President, Technical Operations
Provided systems consulting services primarily for LifeScan, Positive Communications and San Mateo County Office of Education. Designed, configured and managed installation of Sparc Server 1000 network for Positive.  Sustained business operations systems at LifeScan during product recall and system conversion.
